Using MyUHS
MyUHS is the secure online patient portal that lets you make appointments online, input your immunization records and health history information electronically, and receive secure messages about your test results or follow-up information from your provider.
Signing up is free and easy, and we recommend it for all our patients and clients.
Text Message Appointment Reminders
Sign up to receive text message appointment reminders on your mobile phone!
You can sign up in MyUHS or ask us about it at your next appointment.
It’s free to enroll; however, standard text messaging rates do apply.
To get started, just click “Log in to MyUHS”.
You'll need to enter your:
- WiscMail email address
- Student ID number
- Date of birth
Non-students can also set up a MyUHS account after their first appointment at UHS. Just ask for help at the reception desk.
