These might include procrastination, perfectionism, difficulty concentrating, and test anxiety. Interventions include relaxation training, realistic goal-setting, self-monitoring, and solution-focused counseling. Alcohol and Other Drug Programs UHS offers students assessment, short-term counseling, referral, and support services concerning the use and abuse of alcohol and other drugs. We are available to address any questions or concerns about your or someone else's alcohol/drug use, and to provide more information.
