During winter, spring, and summer breaks, and the Friday after Thanksgiving, the pharmacy closes from 12:30 pm to 1 pm for lunch.
Bring your student ID card, and all insurance cards or photocopies of the front and backs. Cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCards are accepted. We work with many different insurance plans — feel free to call ahead for the current list.
Refills If you need a prescription refill, call 263-4990 to access the voicemail that can take your order even during the hours that UHS is closed.

Transfers To transfer a prescription to the UHS pharmacy, download this form and fill in the information about your prescriptions. Send it to the pharmacy via fax (608-265-8714) or email (send the form as an attachment, and put "University Health Services" in the subject line). Allow one business day before picking up your prescription.
