Appointments are necessary for both medical and counseling services at 333 East Campus Mall.

Call (608) 265-5600 [TTY: 265 3300] to schedule or cancel an appointment. You may also call that number to speak to a nurse about an urgent physical illness or injury. Please have your student ID number with you before you call. You may also make certain types of non-urgent appointments online, 24 hours a day, via MyUHS.

Wed » 9 am to 5 pm

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call (608) 265‑5600, day or night. If we are closed, please leave us a message. If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show for it, a fee may be charged.

If you need to cancel a massage appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, please call us at 265-5600 and then press 2 or reschedule online using MyUHS.
