You might benefit from a session or two of relaxation training if stress is leading to difficulties like:
- insomnia
- muscular tension
- fatigue
- test anxiety
- tension headaches
Meetings are tailored to your needs and interests, and may involve mind/body relaxation training or cognitive change strategies.

It's easy. Just come to the reception desk of the UHS counseling service (333 East Campus Mall, 7th floor) any time between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, for an Access consultation. Let them know that you're interested in stress management services.
