Any UW-Madison student is eligible to use Survivor Services and our Women’s Health Clinic
Graduating this May?
If you're graduating in May, you can still use UHS services until May 17, 2019!
All UW–Madison students who are enrolled for credit during a fall, spring, or summer semester and pay segregated fees are eligible to use all UHS services during that academic term. Only students who pay segregated fees are eligible. Guest students are not eligible to use UHS because they are not enrolled for credit and do not pay segregated fees.
If you're staying in Madison for the summer, you are eligible to enroll in the Summer Health Fee. The Summer Health Fee is $109 and provides access to UHS’s usual services—including medical and mental health care—between May 19 and August 31, 2019.
If you are taking classes over the summer, the Summer Health Fee is included in your tuition. All Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) members with active coverage are eligible to use UHS during the summer. Guest students are not eligible to use UHS because they do not pay segregated fees during the academic year.
