We are so excited to be hosting the Summer 2017 Big 10 Gender Based Violence Program Staff Gathering, on the beautiful University of Wisconsin-Madison campus! Thank you for your interest in being a part of Violence Prevention and Survivor Services’ (formerly UHS-EVOC) mission to create change on college campuses.
Important deadlines for the events are listed below, and additional logistical information is available. Wednesday, July 12: Informal welcome/networking evening reception (4:30-7pm) for those who are arriving early (details forthcoming; cash bar)
Thursday, July 13: Gathering 8:30am-4:30pm--Light breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks provided (dinner on your own)
Evening event: Informal networking at the Memorial Union Terrace
Friday, July 14: Gathering 8:30am-1pm--Light breakfast and lunch provided (dinner on your own)

Note: Due to other events, conferences, and gatherings occurring in Madison during this time, we strongly recommend reserving a hotel room within our block at the Graduate Hotel Madison as early as possible. Guests: This gathering is for professional staff members at Big 10 schools who provide violence prevention and/or victim advocacy services. Other colleagues, such as community-based victim service providers, investigators, and key campus stakeholders, are welcome to attend at the invite and discretion of each campus SA/DV center/program staff.
