McCaleb Eifert joined UHS in 2022 as a Master’s in Social Work student in her advanced practice specialization year. She has a passion for working with individuals struggling with body image and/or eating disorder behaviors. Eifert is interested in providing care to the adolescent and young adult population and thus is thrilled to be doing her practicum with UHS’s Mental Health Services.
Eifert is aware of the unexpected social and emotional stressors college puts on individuals and hopes to provide and inclusive, compassionate, and wholesome space where students can feel safe in their lives and in their bodies.
Post-graduation, Eifert plans to seek clinical licensure, continue providing care in the context of psychotherapy, and be an advocate for accessible eating disorder treatment in her community.
Outside of her adult responsibilities, Eifert enjoys running around lake Monona, hosting dinner parties, cross-country skiing, and reading.
