Gresh has experience working in college counseling and an in-patient psychiatric hospital and enjoys working with individuals who are experiencing depression, stress, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and trauma. “College is a time for individuals to actively engage in their own growth process. I enjoy helping clients to explore their past, present, and future as it relates to who they aspire to be.”
Gresh looks forward to working with each individual to learn about their unique experiences and to creating a unique and meaningful connection. “I believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and using this relationship as a vehicle for change.”
Outside of UHS, Gresh spends time with his wife and dog, working on creative projects, watching Netflix, and listening to or reading a good book.
