Quanfa (Frank) He joined UHS in 2022 and has experience working with young adults on issues like ADHA, depression, anxiety, and stress management. As an international student, He is Bilingual (English/Mandarin) and loves to discuss issues related to cultural transition, academic and career stress, and family relationships.
He firmly believes that each of us has massive potential for individual growth and wellbeing. In his work, Frank aspires to assist individuals to utilize their potential, and explore and reach their personal goals.
He’s therapeutic approach primarily involves cognitive, emotional, and behavioral component. He also loves to incorporate mindfulness exercise.
