Christina Zhang is a woman with long brown hair and is wearing a black shirt.

Christa Zhang joined UHS in 2022 as a second-year graduate student of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a concentration in mental health.

As a practicum student, Zhang hoped to promote mental health advocacy among marginalized populations and persons of color.

In her work, she hopes to explore avenues of discussion topics such as intergenerational trauma, intersectionality, multiculturalism, and ACES scores.

Outside of UHS, Zhang enjoys true crime documentaries, eating out, taking scenic hikes, and cooking.
