Meditation is an evidenced-based method for increasing concentration and mental clarity, and helping to induce positive states of relaxation and well-being.
UHS offers virtual drop-in meditation intended for both new and experienced meditators. Drop in at any session or develop a weekly practice with us. Each session includes:
- Basic meditation instructions
- Group mindfulness meditation
- Opportunity for questions and discussion.
- Specialized weekly meditation (grounding and centering, body scan, movement meditation, compassion practices, emotional release practices, meditation with a mantra/point of focus, and breathing practices).
