Frequently asked questions about Let’s Yoga

I’ve never done yoga before – is this a good opportunity for beginners?
No yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Will I be adjusted during class?
That is up to you! There will be cards available near your mat which will signal to the facilitator whether or not you would like adjustments.

What should I wear?
Anything you feel comfortable moving in. While many practice barefoot you are welcome to keep on your shoes or socks.

Do I need to bring a mat?
Yes, this offering is BYOM (bring your own mat).

How much does this cost?
There is no cost to Let’s Yoga.

What should I expect?
Please arrive five minutes before the start of class. You will be asked to sign in and take a card representing your preference for adjustments. This yoga practice takes place in a no-phone zone so you will be asked to silence your phone (Do Not Disturb or Airplane Mode) and place it face down. There will be time at the beginning of class to ask questions or place requests for favorite poses or focus areas.

Can I leave early?
Each class ends with Savasana (relaxation). If you need to leave early, please let the facilitator know at the beginning of your practice to avoid disrupting others.
