Devin Kelly-Barnett joined UHS as a Psychology Intern in 2025.

With curiosity, humor, and a casual approach, Devin strives to provide a collaborative environment where clients can show up as their authentic, imperfect selves to explore the complexities of their experiences, relationships, and emotions. She has a deep respect for the college experience and enjoys the energy, fresh perspectives, and lightness that students bring to the therapy space. With previous experiences working in crisis response and inpatient mental healthcare, college counseling, integrated primary care, and community-based mental health support, Devin is comfortable working with a variety of topics including self-harm and suicidal ideations, substance use, identity exploration, body image, chronic illness, and trauma. In particular, she is passionate about helping clients heal their relationships with their bodies and food through weight-inclusive approaches; explore their gender, sexuality, and relationships with compassion and curiosity; and understand how their emotions can be a powerful tool for authenticity, connection, and healing.

Outside of her work at UHS, Devin enjoys reading historical fiction, embroidery, eating delicious food at new restaurants, hiking and exploring with her partner and young daughter, and traveling.
