Yoga relieves stress while helping to achieve a healthier body. The gentle movements of yoga poses allow students with different capabilities to gradually build up strength, confidence, and flexibility.
There are many yoga groups offered on campus, and they are intended for students who currently receive services at UHS. Whether you seek UHS services to improve mental or physical health, yoga can be a part of a comprehensive wellness plan.
