Biography
Nola provides customized role-specific and by-request violence prevention workshops and trainings to student staff, student organizations, and other campus groups. She supports other Prevention staff, especially Violence Prevention student peer educators, in facilitation best practices. She has expertise in population-specific prevention work, including with Fraternity and Sorority Life, and leads work around restorative justice and community accountability approaches to sexual and relationship violence on campus. Nola joined UHS’s Violence Prevention team in 2018.
Personal interests
Outside of work, Nola loves songwriting; swimming in local lakes and rivers; astrology and animist spirituality; and relishing her chosen family and other relationships.
