Updated COVID-19 vaccines are now available

An updated, monovalent COVID-19 vaccine is now available to all students and employees at no cost. This vaccine targets the current Omicron variant XBB.1.5. It is recommended for everyone ages 6 months and older.

Visit uhs.wisc.edu/covid for clinic dates, times, and locations now until December 7. We will begin offering COVID-19 vaccines at Gordon Dining & Event Center, Overture Room on Thursday, October 5 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

It’s safe to get your flu and COVID-19 vaccines at the same time. There are two separate links to make these appointments.

Bring your Wiscard and health insurance card to your vaccine appointments. If you do not have proof of health insurance, you can still receive a vaccine at no cost.

Getting vaccinated helps to:

  • Reduce serious illness and hospitalization
  • Protect others who are at high-risk of getting sick
  • Slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community
