Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is required. Simply show up at anytime between the event start and end time.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Come alone or bring a group of friends with you!

What recommendations might I receive?

Depending on your score, you may receive recommendations to clinical services such as individual or group counseling or to resources that are self-manageable like Thrive Online or Let’s Talk.
