Tuesday, September 15 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at Union South, The Well (Room 233)
This workshop is a low‑pressure space designed to make meeting people feel easier and more natural. We know that building community can feel challenging—whether you’re new to campus or navigating social anxiety. During this workshop, you will explore practical strategies for forming connections and create your own Shrinky Dink keychains as a fun, creative way to express yourself and spark conversations with others.
Tuesday, October 13 from 5 – 6 p.m. virtually
During this workshop, you will explore the underlying causes of procrastination and learn practical strategies to shift your habits. You’ll gain tools to manage avoidance, increase focus, and get things done with greater ease.
Tuesday, October 27 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at Union South, The Well (Room 233)
During this workshop, you will learn how active meditation can help calm racing thoughts, reduce stress, and improve focus. You will be introduced to mindfulness practices and techniques to use anywhere, anytime, creating greater mental clarity and presence. You will also be guided through mindful hand stitching.
Tuesday, November 11 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at Union South, The Well (Room 233)
During this workshop, you will explore your personal values and learn how they influence academic choices, career interests, and overall wellbeing. You will gain practical tools to help align your major, future career, and daily decisions with what matters most to you. You will also be guided through creating a personal soul collage.
Tuesday, December 1 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at The Chazen, Auditorium (1st floor)
During this workshop, you will develop skills for studying effectively, managing anxiety, and learn strategies to boost your performance. You will also be guided through creating your own needle‑felted landscape artwork during the workshop.
