Flu Vaccine Clinics

UHS hosts vaccine clinics throughout the fall semester at a variety of campus locations. Most students and employees will have a vaccine clinic option that is near where they live, work, or study. 

Mental Wellbeing Resource Fair

Thursday, October 8 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Library Mall

Celebrate World Mental Health Day by learning about campus resources and enjoy pumpkin painting, a Photo Booth, games, snacks, and more!

The first 250 attendees will receive exclusive tote bags!

Thrive Outside Challenge

Learn more about nature while dedicating time to your mental wellbeing. Complete 6 out of the 10 challenges and claim your picnic blanket prize. Challenges include outdoor yoga, nature photography, invasive species removal, and more! 

Thrive Workshops

Learn more about common mental health concerns while building skills to support your academics, relationships, and overall wellbeing. All in-person workshops include snacks and a guided art activity to take home.
