Thrive Workshops
Build skills and gain tools to support your overall wellbeing. At a Thrive Workshop, a provider will present on a topic that is relevant to the student experience such as procrastination, test anxiety, or loneliness. Topics change each semester.

Chillax Series
Learn about the services we offer while engaging in a creative art activity. Create your own piece, share it with the group (if you would like), and connect with other students. No experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.

Men's Mental Health Month
Every November, UHS recognizes Men's Mental Health Month by hosting Barbershop Talks and a panel discussion, providing an opportunity for men to let their guard down, get a free hair cut, and talk about mental health in an informal environment.

Depression & Anxiety Screenings
Each year UHS holds depression screenings at various locations across campus. Students will be able to fill out a brief questionnaire in a private space followed by a 10-15 minute debrief conversation with a licensed mental health provider.

Mental Wellbeing Resource Fair
Alongside campus partners, providers from across UHS share information about accessing mental health care and supporting your wellbeing holistically. You will also find games and activities to engage in, as well as snacks and music.

Drop-In Services
Ask a Therapist
At Ask a Therapist, students can ask a provider any question. If students do not have a question they can spin the wheel for a predetermined question to ask.
Let’s Talk
Let’s Talk offers no-cost, informal, consultations on campus and virtually. Sessions are 20-25 minutes and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Wellness Workshops
UHS offers several wellness workshops including meditation classes, mindfulness samplers, support for survivors, crafting, and more.
Requesting Presentations & Interviews
Topics may include but are not limited to: General Mental Health Services overview, stress or time management, peer support, procrastination, and critical incident response.
Interview Requests
Reach out to UHS Marketing & Health Communications for more information on interview requests for student journalists and media.
