Biography

Originally from Chicago, Diante joined University Health Services as an HR Generalist after completing the UW–Madison HR Job Rotation Program in 2026. In his role, Diante supports the Operations and Administration units at UHS by partnering with supervisors and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. He leads recruitment and onboarding efforts, administers Workday personnel actions and performance management processes, and supports a variety of HR operations and compliance initiatives. Through his work, he helps deliver responsive, employee-centered HR services that support the UHS community.

Outside of work, Diante enjoys exploring new restaurants, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, and staying current on emerging technologies, particularly how artificial intelligence and data can be used to improve processes and the employee experience.
