Scott chose to work in college health because of the opportunities it provides promote physical and mental wellbeing through preventive services, intervention, and health promotion while supporting academic success and personal development of students.

“Professionals in college health often develop strong relationships with students, which can contribute to the overall sense of community and well-being on campus. Students who feel supported and cared for are more likely to thrive academically. It is one of the best places to thrive and grow as a health professional.”

Outside of UHS, Scott enjoys attending concerts, karaoke, and reading a good book. She is a self-described “foodie” who appreciates discovering a new dish and exploring local coffee shops.
