Luke Thompson serves as Associate Director of Health Information Management (HIM) and Privacy at UHS, overseeing programs that support health information management, privacy compliance, information governance, and accreditation readiness.

With a focus on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational effectiveness, he collaborates closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to protect patient information and uphold industry standards. Luke is committed to advancing best practices in data stewardship, privacy, and health information management, helping ensure that UHS maintains the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient trust.
