Art Based Programming and Events
Art-based programming provides you with a creative and supportive space to relax, recharge, and connect with others. Through guided art activities, you can explore self-expression, reduce stress, practice mindfulness, and support their overall wellbeing. No artistic experience is required.

Outdoor Craft Jam
Tuesday, September 17 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Student Activity Center, 3rd floor terrace
Take some time to relax outside to create art, connect with other students, and listen to music. A variety of art activities to choose from will be available. All materials will be provided.

Bob Ross Bingo
Sunday, September 27 from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Student Activity Center, 3rd floor terrace
Take some time to relax, play Bob Ross themed bingo, win prizes, and connect with other students.
Sunday Tea Party
Sunday, November 15 from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Student Activity Center, 3rd floor sunroom
Take some time to relax, create your own floating tea cup, sip on hot tea, and connect with other students. All materials will be provided.

Chillax with UHS
Take an hour to relax, create art, connect with friends, and learn more about UHS mental health services. No experience is necessary. All materials will be provided. Registration is encouraged, drop-ins are welcome.
